Another notable achievement in the same year was the recognition received by Sophia Hills at the International Property Awards, where it was highly commended in the Architecture Multiple Residence category. Additionally, Waterbank at Dakota earned the Merit accolade at the BCA Construction Productivity Awards, while Terrene at Bukit Timah was honored with an Award in the same category.

The year 2014 saw Consortium 168 Architects acclaimed for its outstanding work, with Seventy Saint Patricks winning the Best Residential Development Singapore award at the International Property Awards. Waterbank at Dakota also received recognition at the FIABCI Singapore Property Awards for Residential High Rise developments, while Terrene at Bukit Timah was acknowledged in the Residential Low Rise category.
