What Does the Vetting Process Involve?
Wondrous La Vie’s vetting process ensures that only credible, experienced, and professional firms enter the matching network. The process involves:
- Verification of your Singapore Company UEN (Unique Entity Number)
- Review of your firm’s portfolio for quality and relevance
- Confirmation of your accepted property types and budget ranges
- Review of your team’s design specialisations
- Assessment of your firm’s capacity to respond to and fulfil leads
The vetting process is typically completed within 3 to 5 working days of registration. You will receive a confirmation email once your profile is approved and live in the matching network.

How many leads can I expect each month?
Lead volume depends on the number of homeowners submitting requirements that match your firm’s criteria. As the platform grows, match frequency increases. Firms with broader property type and budget coverage naturally receive more leads.
What if I am at capacity and cannot take a lead?
Simply reply to the lead notification email with DECLINE. The homeowner will be automatically re-matched with an alternative firm. Your firm remains in the network and will continue to receive future leads. There is no penalty for declining.
What information is included in a lead brief?
Each lead brief includes: the homeowner’s name and contact details, property type and status (BTO, resale, new condo, etc.), approximate property size, renovation budget, timeline, preferred design styles, and any additional notes the homeowner has shared.
