Notable awards include the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award – Gold in 2017 and the FIABCI Singapore Property Award – Gold in 2016, both for The Sorrento. The firm received the URA Architectural Heritage Award for Torieview Mansion in 1996.
In the realm of HDB Design Awards, 3PA’s innovative designs have been recognized several times, such as Punggol Point Crown in 2020, Teck Whye Lane NRP in 2019, Bukit Panjang Neighbourhood 6 Contract 11 and Neighbourhood Park in 2010, and the HDB Main Upgrading Programme at Teck Whye Avenue (Batch 19) in 2004.
The BCA Universal Design Award was bestowed upon Senja Parc View, Ci Yuan Community Club, and Home @ Hong San, with Senja Parc View and Ci Yuan Community Club receiving the Gold Plus award in 2016. Additionally, Senja Parc View was awarded the BCA Green Mark for Parks Award in 2016 and the NPB Landscape Excellence Assessment Framework Award in 2013.
3PA’s commitment to sustainability is evident through its BCA Green Mark Awards, including the Platinum award for Ci Yuan Community Club in 2015 and Sophia Residence in 2009. Other projects like Changi Business Park (IBM 1 & 2) and various community clubs and commercial buildings received Gold Plus and Gold awards in recent years.
The BCA Construction Excellence Award was given to The Shaughnessy in 2008, and the HDB Quality Award went to MUP Batch 19 Teck Whye Heights II the same year. Senja Parc View earned the PUB ABC Waters Certification in 2011, and the People’s Association Award was awarded to Punggol 21 Community Club in 2009.
In international recognition, Senja Parc View received an Honourable Mention in the IFLA AAPME Awards for Social and Community Health Category in 2018. The project also earned a Merit in the SILA Award for Residential Category in 2015.
