Periodic Facade Inspection (PFI), introduced in 2020 by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), aims to bolster the safety of building facades, particularly for structures exceeding 20 years in age and with a roof height surpassing 13 meters. Under this mandate, buildings must undergo inspection every seven years. Upon receipt of a Notice for PFI from the BCA, building owners are required to engage a Competent Person approved by the BCA for the inspection. Our Principal Architect, a Qualified Person registered with the Board of Architects Singapore and listed on the Registry of Competent Persons, stands ready to assist clients facing PFI notices.

Fire Safety Certificate (FSC) Submission to SCDF is crucial for new office, factory, or food outlet units. Alterations in internal layouts can impact compliance with SCDF regulations concerning occupant load and escape travel distance. Engaging a Qualified Person beforehand ensures adherence to regulations, avoiding operational disruptions during routine SCDF audits.

Sub Division services offer property owners avenues to enhance land utilization and value. Depending on factors such as land size, road frontage width, and URA land use zoning, properties can be subdivided for redevelopment, potentially transforming an existing bungalow into semi-detached houses or two bungalows.
