In 2007, Este Villa in Singapore was honored with the BCA Green Mark Award, while Hillcrest Villa in Singapore received recognition at the International Property Awards. In 2010, Hillcrest Villa in Singapore was once again acknowledged at the International Property Awards. The following year, in 2011, The Peak at Balmeg in Singapore was celebrated at the International Property Awards, alongside Newton Imperial and Terrasse, both in Singapore, receiving the BCA Green Mark Gold Award.
The accolades continued in 2013 with The Ardennes Hotel in Singapore being awarded the Skyrise Greenery Award. In 2014, J Gateway in Singapore received the BCA UD Gold Design Award, while Fernvale Palms, also in Singapore, was honored with the BCA UD Certified Award. In 2019, 3 Cuscaden in Singapore and Coral Boulevard in the Maldives were acknowledged at the International Property Awards. The streak continued into 2020 with Sturdee Residences in Singapore being celebrated at the International Property Awards.
In 2021, Queens Peak and OLA Executive Condominium, both in Singapore, received recognition at the International Property Awards, with Queens Peak also receiving the Innovation Excellence Award.
